Action: Created Citi People, a newsy, bilingual magazine with coverage across Citi’s business segments and cities. Working closely with the bank’s marketing department, AsiaMedia provided the concept, content, design and printing.
Results: Citi’s internal “Voice of the Employee” surveys show increased employee understanding of the organization’s key messages. And Citi China employees report higher-than-industry-average satisfaction and retention rates.
