The Challenge: Communicating corporate culture and missions to information-inundated employees – from top management to administrative staff – in 13 different cities throughout China in a fresh, engaging way.
The Solution: A bilingual employee-focused quarterly corporate magazine with content original to China, with messages honed to resonate with Citi’s China employees. AsiaMedia writes, designs, and conceived the publication’s name, Citi People/Citi 人. Working hand-in-hand with Citi’s corporate affairs department to come up with a quarterly editorial plan, interview executives and write stories; each year, we refresh the publication’s design.
The Result: Citi People remains the core of Citi’s acclaimed employee communications program.
